A little past this research base is the rocket platform, where you can repair both the Cargo Rocket and the console that launches it with your Repair Tool. It’s slightly unclear, but this marker is only pointing you in the general direction of the Cargo Rocket.įrom the shore that you arrive at you need to walk up the slope into the hills, then through the caves up and to the right towards an abandoned research base.
Unlike other objectives you’ve been given so far though, when you go to that Cargo Rocket marker there’s nothing there. Once you’ve crafted things like a Seaglider and upgraded O2 tank, you’ll advance enough to be given and objective on your HUD that directs you towards a Cargo Rocket.
